Pro plans are billed monthly or annually (save 20% with annual billing). Enterprise plans are typically billed annually with custom payment terms. All plans are charged per active user.
What counts as a user?
A user is anyone who has access to the SpendCrust platform—whether they issue cards, submit expenses, or just view reports. Inactive users (no activity for 90 days) don't count toward your user count.
Are there any transaction fees?
No transaction fees on card purchases. Bill pay transactions may have small fees for international payments or expedited processing, but these are always disclosed upfront.
Can I get a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Annual Pro plans receive a 20% discount. Enterprise customers receive volume discounts based on team size and custom pricing for large deployments.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
For Free plans, you'll be prompted to upgrade when you reach limits. Pro and Enterprise plans include unlimited cards and transactions, so there are no overage charges.
