Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SpendCrust's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Description of Services

SpendCrust provides corporate card services, expense management, bill payment, and related financial technology services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission

Fees and Payment

Our fees are set forth in your service agreement or on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by SpendCrust or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPENDCRUST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
