Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click "Get Started" on our homepage, enter your work email, and follow the setup wizard. You can be up and running in minutes.

What information do I need to sign up?

You need your company name, work email, and basic company information. No credit card required to start.

How long does setup take?

Initial setup takes about 10 minutes. Full onboarding, including card issuance, typically takes 2-3 business days.

Corporate Cards

How do I request a corporate card?

Navigate to Cards in your dashboard, click "Request Card", and choose between virtual or physical. Virtual cards are issued instantly.

What are the spending limits?

You can set custom spending limits per card, per user, or per department. Limits can be daily, monthly, or per transaction.

How do I lock or cancel a card?

Go to the card details page and click "Lock Card" or "Cancel Card". Changes take effect immediately.

Billing & Payments

When are payments due?

Payments are automatically deducted from your linked bank account on the 15th of each month.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept ACH transfers and wire transfers. Enterprise customers can also set up custom payment terms.

How do I update my billing information?

Go to Settings > Billing and update your payment method or billing address.

Integrations

Which accounting software do you integrate with?

We integrate with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Sage, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Workday. Custom integrations available for enterprise.

How long does integration setup take?

Most integrations can be set up in under 30 minutes. Our support team can assist with custom configurations.

Is data synced in real-time?

Yes, transactions sync automatically within minutes of occurring. You can also trigger manual syncs from the integrations page.
